Withdraw from contract
Consumers normally have 14 days after concluding a distance service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Starting to use Starter does not waive this right. An eligible withdrawal ends Starter and receives a full refund. Free limits then apply.
This is separate from cancelling renewal at the end of a paid period in Billing. Late or exceptional requests remain reviewable; missing required information can extend statutory rights.
