This version applies to a new Managed Payments Starter order only when expressly accepted. It does not replace or backdate existing workspace or purchase agreements.
These terms apply only when expressly accepted for the relevant agreement. They describe the Luximio service supplied by Dot Square and the separate sale/payment handled by Stripe as merchant of record. The Stripe entity and its applicable buyer terms are identified in Checkout. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
1. Provider and contact
Luximio is provided by Dot Square, an eenmanszaak registered in the Netherlands, KvK 51738856, VAT NL002182044B06. Address: Kon. Wilhelminaplein 248, 1062 KS Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Email: legal [at] luximio.com (replace [at] with @ and remove spaces). Telephone: +31 6 39860349.
These terms cover business customers and consumers. A consumer is an individual acting mainly outside their trade, business or profession. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
2. Agreement and accounts
We present the applicable service terms before workspace creation and a Starter order. This version applies to a new Managed Payments Starter order; existing workspace and purchase agreements keep their accepted version. You must expressly accept the applicable version. Posting a new version does not change an existing agreement or backdate acceptance. If acting for a business, you must have authority to bind it. Keep account details accurate, protect your sign-in email and manage team access responsibly. Report suspected unauthorised access promptly. While Luximio is in private beta, admission remains limited to approved accounts. Opening registration or accepting these terms does not itself start a paid subscription.
3. Service and requirements
Luximio manages HTTPS links for iOS Universal Links, Android App Links and web fallbacks, with domain configuration, diagnostics and recorded activity. You need an internet connection and a supported modern browser. You are responsible for configuring your apps and domains and testing destinations. App opening depends on the device, operating system, browser and association configuration. Deferred deep linking after app installation is not offered. Analytics describe recorded events, not guaranteed unique people or every app open. No contractual uptime percentage is included; statutory conformity and security-update obligations remain.
4. Prices, billing and payments
Free has no subscription charge and includes one project, 25 published links on a managed hostname and 5,000 detailed events per calendar month. Starter includes one project, 1,000 published links, two custom domains and 50,000 detailed events per calendar month. Limits apply across the workspace. There are no automatic overage charges. At the event allowance, eligible links keep resolving while additional detailed analytics pause. Do not evade limits through repeat sign-ups, rotating links or manipulated subscriptions.
Starter's reference prices are EUR 9 per month or EUR 90 per year excluding tax. The Dutch consumer illustrations are EUR 10.89 monthly or EUR 108.90 annually including 21% VAT. Annual billing is paid upfront and has the same monthly allowances as monthly billing. These examples are not a promise of the same final tax or currency for every customer.
For a Managed Payments order, Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe affiliate, acts as merchant of record for the payment sale; the applicable Stripe entity and buyer terms are identified in Checkout. Dot Square supplies the Luximio service. Paid Starter orders are available in the customer markets where Managed Payments handles transaction-tax compliance; the available markets may change with provider coverage. Checkout shows the actual total, taxes, currency, recurring interval and applicable conversion fees before payment. If you select local-currency pricing, future renewal amounts can vary with the exchange rate shown by Stripe; you may choose the available EUR option instead. Review the displayed amount and currency before placing the order. The payment sale and provider order-management tools are also governed by the Sold through Link buyer terms at https://link.com/terms#sold-through-link-terms, presented in Checkout. We record the accepted terms and confirmed order. Stripe/Link supplies its transaction receipt or invoice separately.
Starter begins after the required agreement and payment verification. It renews at the selected interval until cancelled. Manage payment details and renewal through Billing or the Stripe/Link tools available for the order. Updated prices require notice and apply only when legally permitted; any mandatory right to terminate is preserved. Failed payment does not create a new paid service period. Free restrictions apply when paid access ends.
5. Cancellation and withdrawal
Use Billing > Manage billing to stop ordinary subscription renewal at the end of the paid period. Starter continues until then. After automatic renewal, consumers may cancel at any time with no more than one month’s notice where the applicable rules require it. If the billing portal offers a later date, submit the request through the online contact form at https://luximio.com/contact or the legal email above. We handle the legally required earlier termination and refund unused prepaid service beyond it. This right is not limited to an annual renewal date. Other mandatory termination and refund rights remain unaffected.
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your initial distance service contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason. Missing legally required information can extend that period. Use the prominent Withdraw from contract link in Billing, review your name, contract and confirmation email, then select Confirm withdrawal. You can also send an unequivocal statement by email or post using the contact details above. You do not have to use the model form below. Requests outside the automated window, Free agreements and older agreements can be submitted for review through the same withdrawal page; a date estimate does not remove statutory rights.
You may expressly request immediate Starter service during the cooling-off period. Starting to use an ongoing subscription does not waive withdrawal. Our policy for eligible withdrawals is a full refund, including paid VAT, without a deduction for service already supplied. Starter access ends on withdrawal. We process the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise without fees. We acknowledge an online withdrawal by email with its content and submission time.
After Starter ends, Free limits apply: up to 25 eligible managed-hostname links continue serving. Excess links and custom-domain serving are suspended; saved records and historical analytics are not automatically deleted. Choose retained links in Billing. Withdrawal does not reset usage counters or create extra allowances. Ending a Free agreement or requesting erasure is handled through support, separately from subscription cancellation.
You may also contact Stripe/Link support using the order details on its receipt. Contacting the payment provider does not remove your right to send a withdrawal statement to Dot Square through the methods below. We coordinate a valid request with the payment provider and do not require you to submit it twice. A verified full refund of the current paid subscription period ends Starter and cancels renewal; saved links and analytics remain subject to Free limits. Partial refunds, refunds of earlier periods, disputes and exceptional cases are reviewed without automatically cancelling a newer paid period. Refund and bank-processing confirmations come from the relevant payment provider; a request acknowledgement is not proof that money has been returned.
6. Model withdrawal form
To: Dot Square, Kon. Wilhelminaplein 248, 1062 KS Amsterdam, The Netherlands; legal [at] luximio.com.
I/We hereby give notice that I/We withdraw from my/our contract for the supply of the following service: Luximio [Free/Starter, workspace and contract reference].
Ordered on: [date]. Consumer name(s): [name]. Consumer address(es): [address]. Confirmation email: [email]. Date: [date]. Signature(s): [only if sent on paper]. Delete whichever does not apply.
7. Responsible use and content
Use the service lawfully and only for content and domains you have rights to use. Do not publish phishing, malware, fraud, unlawful tracking, harassment, secrets or infringing content; impersonate others; attack the service; bypass tenant access or plan limits; or use it to disguise unsolicited bulk messages. We may take proportionate action on credible abuse reports, normally explaining the issue and allowing correction where practical and lawful. Urgent security or legal risks may require immediate action.
You retain rights in your content and grant only the permissions needed to store, host and transmit it to provide the service. Public links, destinations and app-association files can be accessed by others. Our software and branding remain ours or our licensors'; mandatory rights and open-source licences remain unaffected.
8. Personal data
Our privacy notice explains our processing of account, billing, support and security data. Agreement evidence includes the actor, workspace, accepted version, exact terms, timestamp, purchase classification, service-start request and relevant order and withdrawal records. Acceptance of terms is not privacy or marketing consent. Where we process customer-controlled personal data on instructions, the parties must accept an applicable Article 28 data processing agreement identifying the customer, covered workspaces and processing-provider schedule before relying on it for that processing. The versioned agreement is available at https://luximio.com/dpa and the schedule at https://luximio.com/subprocessors. These terms and the privacy notice do not replace it. Privacy requests are handled through the legal contact; agreement acceptance is not a waiver of data-protection rights. You must provide required notices and obtain any legally required permissions for your use of the service.
9. Remedies, changes and termination
We must supply a service meeting agreed and mandatory standards, including applicable functionality, compatibility and security updates. Statutory remedies can include bringing it into conformity, price reduction, termination and reimbursement. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or impose a blanket no-refund rule. You remain responsible for your apps, destinations and actions within your control.
Changes may be needed for security, legal compliance, maintenance or improvements. Materially adverse changes to a continuing consumer service are subject to applicable requirements for a valid basis, clear advance information on a durable medium and termination rights. New terms and prices require the applicable notice and agreement; silence is not agreement to a new charge. Discontinuation or termination will include reasonable notice and data retrieval options where possible, without reducing statutory rights.
10. Complaints and law
Contact Dot Square using the details above, identifying your account and issue without including secrets. You may ask for review of a decision. Dutch law applies, preserving consumers' mandatory protections under otherwise applicable law and mandatory jurisdiction rules. No exclusive Dutch forum is imposed on consumers. These terms are provided in English.
